1st Annual Charity Ride for Home Care

Saturday, June 7th

Enjoy the comradery of riding motorcycles together and at the same time helping people in our communities who are uninsured and underinsured to receive needed home care.

Rochester District Visiting Nurse Association provides services 24 hrs a day/7 days a week to meet the needs of homebound patients of all ages in need of skilled, intermittent home health care. As hospitals are sending patients home with more complicated treatments, we are there to provide them with the quality care they need.

Please join us on Saturday, June 7th leaving from the Rochester District Visiting Nurse Association, 178 Farmington Road, (off Rt. 11 – behind Lilac City Pediatrics) in Rochester at 10 a.m. (Registrations will begin at 9 a.m.). The ride will be approximately 90 miles around Lake Winnipesaukee, ending at Granite Steak and Grill, 11 Farmington Road, Rochester around 2 p.m. (Rain date will be Sunday, June 8th.)

Registration fee: Rider $25, Passenger $10 [make checks payable to “Rochester District VNA” with a note on memo line: Home Care Charity Ride 2008]

Registration fees include a FREE t-shirt [first 50 registered], coffee & donuts at Rochester District VNA, and appetizers at Granite Steak & Grill after the ride.
