Schedule:  Monday - Friday with some weekends

Shift:  8 am - 5 pm

Hours:  20 - 40 per week

Job Summary: We have immediate openings for a qualified professional Physical Therapist in the Strafford County area, who will direct, supervise, evaluate and provide, physical therapy to patients in their home as prescribed by the attending physician.  We offer a variety of cases and age ranges of clients with varied needs.

Qualifications: 

Education:  Graduate of an accredited school approved by the state department of higher education.

Licensure/Certification:  Current licensure in State of New Hampshire as a Physical Therapist.

Driver's License:  Required to travel throughout our care area to provide home health care services and other job-related activities.
